Mark’s earlier article for PR Public Relations summarizing the main issues for bloggers in the Federal Trade Commission’s (“FTC”) latest online advertising guidelines, available here, generated a great deal of interest in the blogger community.  As a follow up, Mark has written an article on best practices for bloggers in determining when FTC disclosures may be required in their posts and in communications made via social media channels.
